6.2 Making Bulk Payment Requests

This is a function within myplace that allows providers to upload a Bulk Payment Request. This may be a convenient solution if, for example, you make claims once a month for the whole organisation or business rather than for individual episodes of support or assistance.

Provider Payment Team

The National Provider Payment team is a single point of contact for providers who are having difficulty claiming payments through the provider portal.

If you are experiencing difficulty, or have an outstanding payment, contact the provider.payment [at] ndis.gov.au (National Provider Payment Team).
